The Goal:
The brand needed a professional social media presence that felt inviting and knowledgeable. They aimed to attract first-time buyers by providing helpful, relatable content. Another key goal was converting engagement into consultations through clear calls to action.

The Challenge:
The brand lacked a consistent look and messaging across its social channels. Content was either too generic or too technical, leading to low engagement. There was no strategy to turn profile visitors into actual leads or inquiries. The company had limited time and wasn’t sure what to post or how often.

The Solutions
To help the brand attract first-time homebuyers, I started by creating a clear and consistent look for their social media—using warm colors, clean designs, and a friendly, informative tone. I developed a content strategy focused on what first-time buyers actually need. Each week featured helpful themes like buyer tips, neighborhood spotlights, and simple explanations of real estate terms—making the content more engaging and relatable. Every post included a clear but soft call-to-action, like “Save this,” “DM us for a checklist,” or “Book a free consult.” I also added interactive elements like story polls and FAQs to build trust and spark conversations. Lastly, I built a 30-day content calendar with ready-to-use graphics and captions, so the team could stay consistent without spending too much time.
